A Journey Through Music
Shannon Katharine Dooley emerged onto the music scene at the young age of 17 with her debut project, Uniquity, a pop-rock band from New Haven, CT. With her powerful stage presence and catchy songs, Shannon quickly developed a cult following throughout the Northeast and tri-state area. Performing at renowned venues such as Radio 104 Fest, Wamboozy Festival, Toad's Place, and many more, Uniquity captivated audiences with their energetic performances. Shannon even opened for notable acts like Ani DiFranco and Corey Feldman.
The band recorded their debut album, 'Uniquity,' marking the beginning of Shannon's prolific career. She soon branched off to front and co-write for the pop-rock band Gia, producing another successful album. Shannon and her former bandmate, producer, and co-writer Josh Swetts, went on to record two more experimental rock albums titled 'Mystic Wave' and 'Clouded Judgement.'
A Versatile Talent
Shannon's musical journey began at an early age. She started singing and quickly picked up the violin, piano, and writing music by the age of 9. A self-taught guitarist by her teens, Shannon also became proficient at programming electronic music, creating beats, and diving headfirst into music production. In 2021, she released her first self-produced single, "Like That," followed by "Don't Lead Me On" in September 2022.
