The art on sale at our website is still owned by the artist. We are merely providing an avenue for them to showcase their work. Because of this, the artist has the right to sell his/her pieces not through the site. It is our policy that if an artist sells their piece they need to notify us within 24 hours of the sale so we can adjust online stock. If an original piece is sold through SkinnyBuddha.com, the transaction will be held for 24 hours to confirm that the piece is still available. Artist's personnal sales take precedence over onilne sales. Local sales to the Orlando area are encouraged to inquire about local pick up. Skinny Buddha is at various events in Orlando weekly and encourage art pick up from these events. This allows you to see what else is being created and gives you the chance of meeting the artist. Shipping insurance is available and strongly encouraged.
